My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there were some issues with the air conditioning and the beds being separated. The service was great, especially the Bar Man, who was very friendly. The location was convenient, close to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. However, the dining experience had its shortcomings with limited options and some unpleasant smells lingering. The facilities were decent, but there were some maintenance issues like the non-working steam room in the sauna.
The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station, city center, and Hannover exhibition center, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are cozy and perfect after a long flight. The friendly and helpful staff truly enhance the stay. However, food options nearby are limited, and there are only a couple of small restaurants close by.
The hotel rooms are big, modern, and come with a huge TV and amazing sound system, but the fan may not be very effective in cooling them down. The service is mainly highlighted by the very friendly and kind staff. The location is excellent, close to the tram station, city center, and Hannover exhibition center. The dining experience may fall short with limited options without cancellation and an expensive price tag of 10 Euros for a basic meal bag. Overall, the hotel provides clean and comfortable rooms with some room for improvement in service and dining offerings.
I had a great stay at the hotel, with big and modern rooms that had a huge TV and an amazing sound system. It was nice and clean with a free bar, making it a good choice for a reasonable price.
The hotel rooms were perfectly adequate, but I encountered issues with the AC unit making a loud noise, and the beds were not ideal being two separate beds. Additionally, more storage space would have been appreciated. However, being next to the lift was convenient.
Arriving at the room with two single beds was a nice surprise, as they were big and modern, equipped with a huge TV and an amazing sound system. However, the separate beds joined together instead of a single bed was a bit of a downside to the room experience. The service, mainly due to the friendly staff, was exceptional, although the refusal for housekeeping anytime during the day was a bit disappointing. The location was very convenient, being close to the tram station, city center, and Hannover exhibition center, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience, although a little expensive, was redeemed by delicious pasta. The hotel offered pet amenities, catering even for my dog, which was a great addition.
